The owner was genuinely kind, always checking in to see if I needed anything and even offered tips on where to grab the best gelato nearby. The tranquility of the room was a huge plus and the clean, spacious shower.

A bit on the pricey side, but still reasonable.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was good. Enjoyed the quadruple room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Overall it was spacious, with a private bathroom...

Good and excellent location near Termini made it easy to get to key attractions. I visited Imperium Pub near the venue for a few drinks. Cookies, pastries, and yoghourt was a bonus;)))

I had good days staying at this small hotel. Clean, great value property, the location was favourable and magnificent so close to the Central station and all the main attractions in Rome and several restaurants around the area. I liked the room, it was airy, had exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Coffee/tea making equipment and a washing machine were available in the kitchen.

I could see courtyard from the ensuite double room. The atmosphere created was quiet.

The location's proximity to key attractions was excellent.

The room was cramped, with no TV and hard pillows. I felt pressured about using the AC since it was suggested I shouldn't. Breakfast options lacked variety over my three-night stay, disappointing.

B&B Smart in Rome delighted me with its superb location near vibrant restaurants and shops. The attention to cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the customized breakfast service. Every morning, I enjoyed delicious breakfast options tailored to my schedule. My time there was enjoyable, but addressing these minor issues would enhance the stay significantly.

Staying here with friends was fantastic! Super close to major spots like the Colosseum and Vatican. The owner was super friendly and went out of her way to. She even adjusted breakfast for us, really nice. The room was cleaned daily, so we felt at home. Definitely a great choice!

The only downside was the weak shower pressure. It seemed to be a city-wide issue, not really something the owner could fix.

I had such a lovely time, especially with the tasty breakfast brought right to my room every morning and Isa's helpful tips on local attractions. There's also a great little rooftop terrace to kick back and enjoy some sun. A cozy lounge area. The only thing was the bathroom being separate, but it didn't really take away from how great my stay was 😊

The double room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed. Ideal location. We were offered nice cold water in the lounge.

I had an amazing stay, with the owner offering insightful tips on must-see attractions in Rome and the hotel's location making everything accessible by foot, as I leisurely walked to the Colosseum, almost 2 km away, and the beautiful Basilica of St Mary of the Angels and the Martyrs just around the corner at less than a 5-minute walk.

Had a cozy double room that was well-kept with its own bathroom 🛀. Great spot, super close to the main train station and loads of yummy eateries nearby.

Booked here for its great location near many sights, the main train and bus station, and the Coliseum, and found a perfect spot for drinks just 500 meters away at Imperium Pub.
